AN ACT REQUIRING DISCLOSURE OF THE SALARY RANGE OF A VACANT EMPLOYMENT POSITION.

To require the Labor Commissioner to study whether employers in this state should be required to disclose to job applicants the salary ranges for advertised vacant employment positions.
