AN ACT CONCERNING PATIENT-SPECIFIC EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE PROTOCOLS FOR PERSONS WITH A RARE DISEASE OR SPECIAL HEALTH CARE NEEDS.

To improve medical outcomes and safeguard the health and well-being of persons living with a rare disease or special health care needs by requiring emergency medical care providers to follow patient-specific emergency protocols.
