AN ACT CONCERNING NOTICE OF TERMINATION FOR HOMEOWNERS AND AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE POLICIES.
To require that any homeowners or automobile insurance company provide written notice to any policyholder through certified mail if said insurance company intends to terminate such policyholder's homeowners or automobile insurance coverage.
