AN ACT CONCERNING PHARMACY BENEFITS MANAGER REFORM.
That title 38a of the general statutes be amended to (1) place limitations on pharmacy benefits manager contracts to reduce out-of-pocket expenses for consumers, and (2) improve transparency in pharmacy benefits manager practices.
