AN ACT PERMITTING HOME ASSIGNMENT DAYS TO COUNT TOWARD THE ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SCHOOL DAYS PER YEAR REQUIREMENT IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.

To reduce the burden placed on school districts and families concerning the scheduling of school sessions when weather-related events or other natural disasters occur.
