AN ACT REQUIRING PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INSURERS TO OFFER COVERAGE FOR THE REMOVAL OF TREES FROM RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY.

To require each insurer that delivers, issues for delivery, renews, amends or endorses a homeowners insurance policy for a residential property in this state to offer coverage for the removal of trees from such property that have fallen onto such property due to a natural disaster.
