AN ACT CONCERNING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A HABITAT MANAGEMENT PLAN ALONG STATE HIGHWAYS BY THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION.
To require the Department of Transportation to implement a habitat management plan along state highways in order to slow down motor vehicle traffic, reestablish native species of vegetation, birds and pollinators and save taxpayer money.
