AN ACT REQUIRING A PLAN FOR ADDRESSING STREET TAKEOVERS AND ALLOWING MUNICIPALITIES TO DISPOSE OF CERTAIN VEHICLES.
To (1) require the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection to develop a comprehensive plan for addressing street takeovers, and (2) allow municipalities to destroy or otherwise dispose of vehicles seized during a street takeover.
