AN ACT PROHIBITING SCHOOLS AND INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION FROM DISCRIMINATING AGAINST A STUDENT OR A STUDENT'S FAMILY MEMBER AS A RESULT OF SUCH STUDENT'S OR FAMILY MEMBER'S COVID-19 VACCINATION STATUS.
To prohibit any school or public or independent institution of higher education from discriminating against any student or family member of such student as a result of such student's or family member's COVID-19 vaccination status.
