AN ACT EXAMINING THE MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT REPORT FORM USED BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.

To require the Department of Transportation, the Division of State Police and the Police Officer Standards and Training Council to jointly revise the uniform investigation of accident report form.
