AN ACT ALLOWING THE COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC HEALTH TO REVOKE A PHYSICIAN'S LICENSE IF SUCH PHYSICIAN HAS BEEN FOUND GUILTY OR CONVICTED OF COMMITTING FERTILITY FRAUD.
To allow the Commissioner of Public Health to revoke a physician's license if such physician is convicted of fertility fraud and to require the commissioner to establish a reporting process through which any such conviction may be reported to other states.
