AN ACT CONCERNING OVERFLOW BEDS AND TRIAGE ROOMS IN HOMELESS SHELTERS.
To allow coordinated action networks to refer families to shelters that have overflow beds or triage rooms available, provided each shelter manager or director has decision-making authority concerning admittance of persons to the shelter.
