AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRESENCE OF AUTOMATED EXTERNAL DEFIBRILLATORS IN ALL STATE-OWNED OR LEASED BUILDINGS.

To require that all state-owned or leased buildings contain at least one centrally located automatic external defibrillator and one person trained in the use of an automatic external defibrillator available in the event of an emergency.
