AN ACT ESTABLISHING SAFE STAFFING COMMITTEES FOR EACH CORRECTIONAL FACILITY.
To establish safe staffing committees for each correctional facility within the state to develop safe officer post standards and safe staffing standards by shift for all job titles they represent to meet facility needs and promote a safe environment and positive outcomes.
