AN ACT CONCERNING A LIMITATION ON THE COSTS CHARGED TO A SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE PROVISION OF SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES.
To cap the costs for the outplacement of students in special education programs and to require boards of education to be financially responsible for certain special education students.
