AN ACT CONCERNING AN INCREASE IN THE THRESHOLD FOR SEALED BIDDING ON CERTAIN MUNICIPAL CONTRACTS.
To increase the threshold for which sealed bidding shall not be required for municipal contracts or purchases from twenty-five thousand dollars to fifty thousand dollars.
