AN ACT REQUIRING THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY TO DEVELOP STANDARDS FOR THE PROCESS FOR ATTACHING EQUIPMENT TO UTILITY POLES FOR OWNERS OF UTILITY POLES AND PEOPLE WHO OCCUPY AND USE UTILITY POLES.

To require the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to develop standards for the process for attaching equipment to utility poles for owners of utility poles and people who occupy and use utility poles.
