AN ACT CONCERNING PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS.
To require the Commissioner of Consumer Protection to adopt regulations to establish a structural engineer endorsement to the professional engineer license, and require licensed professional engineers to complete not less than fifteen hours of continuing professional education annually.
