AN ACT RESTORING A POLICE OFFICER'S WEAPON AFTER MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT.

To allow a police officer who surrenders a weapon used in the performance of the police officer's duties while receiving mental health treatment to have the weapon returned to such officer after completing treatment.
