AN ACT INCLUDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS WITH COMMERCIAL SPACE IN THE CALCULATION OF THE THRESHOLD FOR THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING APPEALS PROCEDURE EXEMPTION AND PROHIBITING APPLICATIONS ONCE A MUNICIPALITY HAS APPLIED FOR A MORATORIUM.
To include affordable housing developments that have ground floor commercial space in the calculation of the threshold for the affordable housing appeals procedure exemption and prohibit the filing of affordable housing applications once a municipality has applied for a certificate of affordable housing completion.
