AN ACT CONCERNING ACCELERATED REHABILITATION IN THE CASE OF A PERSON CHARGED WITH INTENTIONAL ANIMAL ABUSE.

To require a showing of good cause in order to invoke a pretrial program for accelerated rehabilitation on behalf of a person charged with intentional animal abuse.
