AN ACT CONCERNING THE REVIEW OF MOTOR VEHICLE DEALERSHIP AND REPAIR LICENSE APPLICATIONS.
To require planning and zoning commissions to review and approve applications for dealing in or repairing motor vehicles pursuant to current zoning regulations, prior to the approval of such licenses by zoning boards of appeals.
