AN ACT REQUIRING REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR CERTAIN PERSONS LIVING WITH AN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL AND ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR MISREPRESENTING THE STATUS OF SUCH ANIMAL.

To (1) provide reasonable accommodations for certain persons with mental and emotional disabilities who live with an emotional support animal, and (2) establish penalties for misrepresenting the status of such animal.
