AN ACT CONCERNING QUALIFYING CAREGIVERS AND PALLIATIVE USE OF MARIJUANA REGISTRATION FEES.

To only require qualifying patients issued a written certification for the palliative use of marijuana to pay the Department of Consumer Protection registration fee, and to waive such fee for qualifying caregivers.
