AN ACT REQUIRING GROUP HOUSING FACILITIES FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES TO HAVE AN EMERGENCY POWER GENERATOR.

To require group residential facilities that house people with disabilities to keep a functioning power generator on the premises in order to guarantee a backup power source in the event the power goes out.
