AN ACT ESTABLISHING STANDARDS FOR INSURANCE COMPANIES TO TERMINATE COVERAGE OR ADJUST PREMIUMS FOR INSPECTION VIOLATIONS AT CHILD DAY CARE CENTERS.
To establish a rubric standard for the ability of insurance companies to terminate coverage or adjust premiums at any child day care center based on inspection violations by such child day care center.
