AN ACT REQUIRING STATE-FUNDED FAMILY PLANNING SERVICES PROVIDERS TO FILE A LEGISLATIVE REPORT ON SERVICES PROVIDED AND ANY REPORTS OF SEXUAL ABUSE.
To require family planning services providers that receive state funding to submit information detailing the services they provide and any incidents of sexual abuse reported by or to such provider involving a patient provided state-funded care.
