AN ACT CONCERNING RECOVERY OF DAMAGES FROM THE HOME IMPROVEMENT GUARANTY FUND.
To allow an owner to recover funds from the Home Improvement Guaranty Fund if the owner receives, from a court of competent jurisdiction, a money judgment against a business entity of which a certificate holder is a member, partner or employee.
