AN ACT ALLOWING A LANDLORD TO ENTER THE DWELLING UNIT OF A TENANT DURING THE PENDENCY OF A SUMMARY PROCESS ACTION FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING NECESSARY REPAIRS IN PREPARATION FOR A NEW TENANT.

To permit a landlord to lawfully enter a rented dwelling unit during the pendency of a summary process action in order to make necessary repairs in preparation for a new tenant.
