AN ACT CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY OF EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTION ON THE CAMPUSES OF INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION.
To support reproductive health care access for students by providing one-time funding to institutions of higher education to install a vending machine that offers emergency contraceptives on campus based on a plan developed by student, administrators and any on-campus medical providers.
