AN ACT CONCERNING DISCLOSURE OF PRESIDENTIAL AND GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATES' FEDERAL TAX RETURNS.

To require presidential and gubernatorial candidates to publicly disclose a minimum of their past two years' worth of tax returns in order to gain access to the primary and general election ballots.
