AN ACT INCREASING PEDESTRIAN SAFETY.

To combat the recent increase in pedestrian fatalities and accidents by increasing the penalty for any operator of a vehicle who fails to yield to a pedestrian who is using a designated crosswalk and establishing a pilot program to test three-dimensional crosswalk technology.
