AN ACT CONCERNING ELECTION DAY AND PRIMARY DAY REGISTRATION, ELECTION TRANSPARENCY AND ELECTION SECURITY.

To (1) apply election day registration procedures to primary day, (2) allow applicants for election day or primary day registration to be admitted if in line by eight o'clock p.m., (3) provide additional time for election officials to process such applicants, (4) afford greater opportunity for the public to observe delayed vote-counting procedures, and (5) require post-election and post-primary sealing of ballots and certain other election materials.
