AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATE'S MEDICAL CANNABIS PROGRAM.
To (1) simplify the process to obtain a written certification for purposes of the state's medical cannabis program, and (2) enable the Department of Consumer Protection, in consultation with the Office of the Cannabis Ombudsman, to adopt regulations, policies and procedures to (A) prioritize qualifying patients, (B) ensure equitable access to cannabis products, and (C) update personnel training.
