AN ACT CONCERNING USED MOTOR VEHICLE TIRE SALES.
To (1) require used motor vehicle tire sellers to label, and make repair disclosures regarding, used motor vehicle tires, and (2) establish fines for, and authorize the Department of Consumer Protection to take enforcement action against, any used motor vehicle tire seller that fails to properly label, or make a repair disclosure regarding, used motor vehicle tires.
