AN ACT REQUIRING SIGNS AT VETERINARIAN FACILITIES CONCERNING THE PRESENCE OF OVERNIGHT SUPERVISION FOR ANIMALS.

To avoid having animals accidentally hang themselves after veterinarian surgery because there is a lack of overnight supervision at such veterinarian facility.
