AN ACT CONCERNING ESTABLISHMENT OF A FEE PAID BY MULTICHANNEL VIDEO PROGRAMMING DISTRIBUTORS TO COMPANIES OR ORGANIZATIONS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNITY ACCESS PROGRAMMING.

To require the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority to establish a fee paid by multichannel video programming distributors to the companies or organizations responsible for community access operations.
