AN ACT PROHIBITING MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY FROM EMPLOYMENT WITH UTILITY COMPANIES FOR A PERIOD OF FIFTEEN YEARS.
To prohibit any member of the Public Utilities Regulatory Authority from employment with a utility company for a period of fifteen years after the term of such member ends.
