AN ACT NAMING A BRIDGE IN PLANTSVILLE IN HONOR OF UNITED STATES ARMY SPC4 WILLIAM A. BEARD.

To name a bridge in Plantsville in honor of United States Army SPC4 William A. Beard to recognize his act of bravery, heroism and selfless dedication to his country during a raging battle for Hill 994 in Vietnam in which he made the ultimate sacrifice for his country.
