AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE CONNECTICUT HOME ENERGY LABEL AND CREATING A TRAINING PROGRAM FOR ENERGY-EFFICIENCY PROFESSIONALS.
To (1) require the Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection to develop a label that provides a score regarding a residence's energy efficiency, and (2) create a training program for professionals who evaluate energy efficiency in the state.
