AN ACT CONCERNING INCENTIVES FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF RESIDENTIAL ELECTRIC RESISTANCE HEATING SYSTEMS.
To increase the rate of replacement of residential electric resistance heating systems by (1) identifying dwelling units that would benefit from such replacement, and (2) requiring additional marketing and incentives for the replacement of such systems.
