AN ACT PROHIBITING THE CLEARING OF FOREST LAND FOR GRID-SCALE SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC PROJECTS.
To (1) prohibit the clearing of such land for the purpose of developing grid-scale solar photovoltaic projects, and (2) encourage the siting of such projects on canopies, roofs, brownfields or on existing developed land uses.
