AN ACT AMENDING THE PASSPORT TO THE PARKS PROGRAM TO APPLY TO RESIDENCES RATHER THAN VEHICLES.
To discontinue charging the Passport to the Parks fee to each vehicle owned by a person and replace such structure with a fee assessed to each residence.
