AN ACT REQUIRING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION APPROVAL OF CERTAIN SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC FACILITIES.

To require applicants for certificates of environmental compatibility and public need to receive application approval from municipal planning and zoning commissions if a proposed facility is a solar photovoltaic facility with a capacity of two or more megawatts, and to permit municipal planning and zoning commissions to establish regulations concerning such facilities.
