AN ACT CONCERNING THE SALE OF TOBACCO, ELECTRONIC NICOTINE DELIVERY SYSTEMS AND VAPOR PRODUCTS TO UNDERAGE PERSONS.

To increase fines and penalties for the illegal sale of tobacco, electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products to underage persons, and to use such revenue for anti-tobacco and anti-vaping programs, and the creation of a grant program to make vapor detectors available to schools.
