AN ACT CONCERNING THE SCHOOL BUILDING PROJECT AT THE NORTH END ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN CHESHIRE.
To allow the school building project at the North End Elementary School to be eligible for a fifteen-percentage-point increase for the early childhood care and education program that provides services for children from birth to five years at such school.
