AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEFENSE OF A PERSON'S DWELLING.

To fully adopt the "castle doctrine" by establishing a rebuttable presumption that when a homeowner believes it necessary to use deadly force to repel an intruder then that belief is a reasonable belief.
