AN ACT REQUIRING THAT A TENANT MAKE USE AND OCCUPANCY RENT PAYMENTS TO A LANDLORD WHEN THE COURT HAS PERMITTED A STAY OF EXECUTION OF JUDGMENT IN A SUMMARY PROCESS ACTION.
To require that a tenant make use and occupancy rent payments to a landlord during the pendency of any stay of execution of judgment in a summary process action.
