AN ACT CONCERNING STATE ELECTIONS ENFORCEMENT COMMISSION INVESTIGATIONS.
To (1) require an election complaint to be resolved not later than sixty days after filing, and (2) in the case of an elections enforcement case closed due to a finding of no violation, prohibit the use of such case in any electioneering communication against the candidate who was the subject of such case.
