AN ACT REQUIRING MORTGAGE LENDERS AND MORTGAGE SERVICERS TO REPORT THE RECEIPT OF CERTAIN MORTGAGE PAYMENTS TO CREDIT RATING AGENCIES.

To require mortgage lenders and mortgage servicers to report to credit rating agencies the receipt of a mortgage payment made by a mortgagor after such mortgagor has filed a petition for bankruptcy.
