AN ACT CONCERNING THE TRANSFER OR SALE OF MUNICIPALLY OWNED OPEN SPACE LAND OR FOREST LAND.
To require municipalities to hold referenda to transfer or sell any parcel of municipally owned land that contains open space land or forested land.
