AN ACT CONCERNING THE SAFETY OF PERSONS WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER WHEN INTERACTING WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS.

To allow a person with autism spectrum disorder to obtain a motor vehicle operator's license or identity card with a blue frame around the photograph and alert law enforcement officers that such person has autism spectrum disorder.
